Important changes for CIS advertising and marketing material to individual clients

On 1 May 2015, the new requirements in respect of the advertising and marketing of collective investment schemes (CIS) and the CIS portfolios, take effect. In this regard, one of the most important requirements is that you are provided with the latest minimum disclosure documents (MDDs), which will be replacing the current fund fact sheets. The new MDDs will be available during May with April data.
